The Forensic SF-5000 system is designed specifically for the requirements of law enforcement, corporate security, and computer forensics investigation of cyber crime. This hand-held IDE hard drive data capture system is ideal for fast disk drive image capture. Using its built-in CRC-32 engine, the SF-5000 allows for imaging speeds in excess of 1.8 GB/min. The system’s non-tampering drive capture ensures bit-for-bit accuracy thereby guaranteeing the chance of an error at less than 1-in-4-billion. 	Unidirectional Data Transfer Copies only from the external data source to prevent inadvertent over-writing or corruption of a suspect's drive. This ensures that the captured image will meet the requirements of law enforcement, corporate security, and cyber crime investigation and prosecution.		Portable Smallest system on the market.

	Supports All Operating Systems The Talon will work with any standard or proprietary operating system. In Capture mode you are assured of an exact bit-for-bit copy of any data stored on a suspect (source) drive, including deleted files, free space & file slack.		PC application is included Computes CRC-32 and/or MD5 hash on source and destination hard drives after the verified after data is captured by the unit.

	On-Site Reporting The Talon systems include a compact flash card to maintain a detailed chain of evidence. The report catalogs the source (suspect's drive) and destination drive, the make, model and size of of both drives being used in the operation, and a statement documenting the mode of copy, how many sectors copied and source & destination checksums. These criteria ensure the legal integrity of the captured drive image for successful law enforcement, corporate security, and cyber crime prosecution.		USB Capture with USB WritePROtect™ (optional) A drive can also be captured through a USB port at speeds up to 700 MB/min. (Supports both USB 1.1 & 2.0).

	Field-Tested Ruggedized Case A specially designed and tested airtight, waterproof case for field operations. The case includes special protection for the Forensic SF-5000 unit, a power source, storage pockets for drives and cables, a full-page portable inkjet printer, and a power distribution panel.		Hardware Or Software CRC Authentication Computes CRC-32 on hard drive and the CRC-32 Signature is verified after data is captured by the SF-5000.

	One-year Standard Warranty The system comes complete with a one year parts and labor warranty. Both an optional 1 year extended warranty ( total of 2 years) and a 2 year extended warranty (total of 3 years) are available.		Capture Data through the PCMCIA Slot With the Logicube CloneCard Pro™, users can quickly clone laptop or notebook computers at speeds in excess of 175 MB/min.

	Parallel Port Copy Capability For situations in which a computer's case can't be opened, such as a sealed notebook chassis, or potentially a booby-trapped case.		ABC Enclosure (optional) This battery powered carrying case is specially designed for the decontamination of the Forensic SF-5000 & MD5, IDE hard drive capturing device after long exposure to chemical or biological substances. Logicube has developed this hermetically sealed unit that can sustain immersion up to the IP67 decontamination standard.

	Cloning with the CloneCard™ is as easy as 1-2-3: Simply insert the supplied PCMCIA card into the laptop, and connect the other end to the Target position of your Logicube hand-held unit. Boot the laptop with the supplied CloneCard™ Client floppy. Proceed to operate the Logicube unit as if a regular drive is connected at the Target position.
